To the maximum extent permitted by law, UKsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information without explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments, and we will transfer any completed work as agreed.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
